Who we are
Who is intersections collaborative™ ?
Andrew Knips is an author, coach, and facilitator. He founded intersections collaborative™ in 2022 to build the kind of antiracist organization he’d long envisioned: one committed to ethical design, justice-driven practice, and human-centered care.
Andrew is a former master teacher, instructional coach, and school administrator. He holds roles as a racial literacy trainer, measurement lead, learning program facilitator, content designer, data consultant, strategic planning consultant, cultural sensitivity trainer, and executive coach.
intersections collaborative™ works with an advisory board and a team of facilitators and collaborators who foster accountability and add expertise.
